This online session, specially curated for educators in Delhi, aims to equip them to be a safe customer while enabling their students to be vigilant and cautious when they buy and use products.

The primary focus of this conversation is on the health and safety risks associated with counterfeited goods and how consumers can stay vigilant to reduce their risk. This session is aimed at not just creating awareness on this topic among the teachers, but also equip them to take this conversation back to the classroom and spread the knowledge within their students and school communities.
Prof. Bejon Kumar Misra, International Consumer Policy Expert & Director Patient Safety and Access.
Prof Misra is an honorary professor with the National Law University Odisha and Adviser to the Govt of Odisha. He is also attached to Banaras Hindu University and JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research Mysuru as Adviser & Consultant. He is on the Board of several organizations representing the consumers like Quality Council of India (QCI), The Patient Safety and Access Initiative of India Foundation (PSAIIF), National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH), National Accreditation Board of Education Training (NABET) among several others. He has been in the consumer policy domain for more than 35 years.
